Pipes don't wait for daylight to fail, and our Toone dispatch team doesn't wait for morning to respond. Our Toone-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
We built our Toone branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Toone, TN property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Toone roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Water Removal in Toone isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Toone, TN licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our Toone, TN-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Ask any Toone property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Toone call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Toone started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later — our Toone dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Toone crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Toone units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Toone homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Toone accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Toone crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Toone drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.
Because our equipment cache sits inside Toone, TN, most Toone calls see a technician on-site in under 60 minutes.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
We don't call a job finished until the moisture meter agrees, and if it doesn't, we return at no additional cost.
Tell our Toone dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
Our nearest available Toone crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
We re-check moisture levels daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records or your insurer.
Every Toone job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line — it's written into every Toone work order we issue. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over — we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.
